I used David to buy a house and sell two others. He is great to work with, very professional, a hard worker, and has a very high quality work ethic. There were several hiccups dealing with potential buyers (not his fault) and he was very helpful in dealing with those issues.

I asked a coworker who has lived in Longview for a good while if he had a recommendation for a real estate agent, and he gave me David's name. I had been searching for houses on Zillow and inquired David to look into a few I had found, in addition to another house not listed on Zillow. This other house was the one I was most interested in, and David found the information on this house and we had a showing the next day. I decided to buy this house as it much better met my criteria than the other houses on the market at the time. Everything went very smoothly from offer to inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing. There were no issues and the process went quickly. He answered all my questions quickly and checked in with me every few days to see how things were going. Buying was a pleasant experience for me.
